Super Nova 1056
Mesa at Night with the 1056 super nova in sky with reflection. The super nova lasted nine months and was seen around the world. I wondered what peoples in the south west would have seen, and painted that sky. The mesa is made with paper only and the sky is acrylic. Paper, gel medium, arcylic on canvas. 20 x 30"
